Zusk.in. reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the situation where Zusk.in is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/canceled does not comply with the Zusk.in policy or for any other reason. However, Zusk.in. will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so canceled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
General Returns Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Zusk.in. All items with the logo or on the product detail page are Fulfilled by Zusk.in (FBA). All non-FBA items are seller fulfilled.
- In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Is different from what was ordered
- Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- Only Fulfilled by Zusk.in (FBA) items may be eligible for replacement.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- Some items may not be eligible for return if you “no longer need it”. If such an item delivered to you is not as described, or was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window for a free replacement.
