Kali Jeeri 1 part
Ajwain (Carom Seeds) 2 part
Methi (Fenugreek) 4 part
Make powder of all three ingredients take 3-4 grams of this powder twice daily 1 to 2 hours after the meal.

The paste of kaali jeeri can be applied to affected skin which may reduce inflammation and may help in recovering good skin as well.

Take .5gram of kaali jeeri
0.5gram of Kaali jeeri
1 gram of Black pepper
3 grams of jaggery
This mixture of ingredients should be taken 1-2 hours after meal twice a day with warm water.
